What do you actually deliver?

A zip file containing all your website files — HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You upload them to any web host (we recommend Netlify, which is free). There's no platform subscription, no dependency on us, and no monthly fees.

Do I need technical knowledge to use the files?

No. Every project comes with a step-by-step README guide. We walk you through uploading to Netlify (drag-and-drop, 5 minutes) and setting up your contact form. If you get stuck, email us and we'll help for free.

What if I want changes after delivery?

Small changes are charged per update — we keep it simple and fair. Most clients find the README guide handles the common ones (phone number, hours, prices) themselves.

How long does it take?

We send the preview within 48 hours of receiving your details. Once you approve and pay the 50% deposit, the full site is typically delivered within 3–5 days.

Do you work with businesses outside the UK?

Yes — we work with businesses across Europe and beyond. We build in English by default, though we can discuss other language needs.

Who will I actually be working with?

A small team of 2–3 people from our group. You'll have a single point of contact throughout. We're students — responsive, direct, and we actually care about the work.
